Sexual Health and Disabilities
This group's focus is for people with physical disabilities ( different abilities) wanting support with sexual health. People are quite diverse with their different abilities. For some, it might be obvious and others, they are looked at as "healthy" but have chronic pain, injuries or other issues with their bodies that are not seen. Either way, it can be frustrating to not have a healthy sex life, a libido, and interest and even more difficult to ask for your needs to be understood and met. My goal is to offer a safe place for that support.

Coping with division of Community
As a nation, within States, Cities, Neighborhoods and even within our own families, people are facing many challenges that carry a heavy emotional load. In particular one is body autonomy, another equality rights. It can feel overwhelming, which is why I am offering a way for individuals to have a safe space to process, and get much needed support. The group will be assessed for fit by me and no more than 8 people per group. Please reach out if you are interested!
