Sexual Abuse/Assault for Teen Girls and YoungWomen
2 separate weekly on-going therapy groups for adolescent girls 13-16 years, and women 17-22 years and above, who have experienced some form of sexual abuse or assault in their life-time. The groups address self-esteem, coping, sexuality, body issues, depression/anxiety/PTSD symptoms, behavioral, academic, and professional difficulties, relationships, motivation, and family dynamics. An accompanying parent guidance group may be provided for the teen group. Join an ongoing, 1 a week, psychotherapy group for any type of pregnancy loss for couples and/or women only. The group will focus on grieving the loss, and exploring and healing the impact on your self and relationships. You will learn coping skills and develop hope for the future.
