Women's Healthy Intimacy Group
This group meets weekly for 1 hour. I approach intimacy through a systemic framework and explore love addicted and love avoidant patterns that were learned in childhood, and how those patterns are impacting adult relationships. Love addicts assign too much value, time, and attention to another person, in an effort to avoid the feeling of abandonment. The love avoidant systematically uses relational walls during intimate contact to avoid vulnerability and prevent feeling overwhelmed by the other person, associating "love" with duty or work. This group aims to intervene on destructive relationship cycles and help clients obtain intimacy with healthy boundaries.

Men's Healthy Intimacy Group
This is a 1 hour group that meets weekly through zoom, and is for men who desire a deeper emotional connection with their partners. Some of the topics addressed in this group are attachment styles, effective communication, empathy, vulnerability, effective communication, struggles with self esteem and self confidence, navigating healthy conflict, identifying and managing difficult emotions, etc. This group is designed to help the traumas, stresses, and challenges of being in relationship with others.
