Surviving & Thriving in the Face of COVID-19
Living in the midst of a pandemic is stressful at best. Whether you are handling it alone or in the midst of a family, there are a myriad of reactions, triggers, feelings, fears & the details of everyday life that you are endlessly addressing. This group provides a safe, supportive & confidential way of exploring your feelings, needs & responses. We will meet virtually for 6 weeks. Areas of focus include processing & absorbing “the new normal,” what we can & cannot control, trauma – past & present, introversion & extroversion – the challenges & strengths we bring with us as we live with the quarantine, coping & self care.
