Sex Positive U

Sex Positive U is a 1-day workshop moving beyond fear, shame, and embarrassment toward embracing openness, confidence, and an attitude of self-love. Sex Positive U is an engaging and participatory workshop, consisting of self-reflective and thought-provoking group discussions and exercises. The program has been developed to provide an enlightening, empowering and dynamic experience for women as it relates to individual sexuality.
