Separation/Divorce Support Group for Women

Join a group of women supporting each other through separation, divorce, and beyond, in a safe, supportive, non-judgmental, and confidential space. Lean on others as you navigate the often overwhelming emotions and practical considerations of all stages, including contemplation and rebuilding. We discuss common themes, such as grief, fears, boundaries, emotional regulation, self-care, and more, as we move toward a new beginning.
