Separation & Divorce Recovery Group

An ongoing confidential therapy group for adults navigating separation, divorce, co-parenting stress, grief, anger, loneliness, and rebuilding life after relationship loss. This group offers a supportive, confidential space to process what happened while learning practical skills for emotional regulation, communication, boundaries, decision-making, and rebuilding self-trust. Each meeting includes discussion, reflection, and practical tools participants can use in daily life. This group is designed for adults who want support moving forward without staying stuck in rumination, conflict, or survival mode. Group meets in downtown Walhalla, SC.
