The Group will welcome, Seniors (55 and over) who have struggles with Anxiety and wish to gain, clinical insights into the management of this disorder. The group process will provide for learning, interactions, and processing of "Best Practices "Interventions. The setting will be virtual and occur once per week.

Double Focus Group
The DFG groups will serve individuals with Mental Health and Substance use problems. Sessions will provide psychoeducational, relapse prevention, motivational interviewing techniques, coping skills, cognitive behavioral therapy, and select individualized therapeutic interventions. Participants may receive individual and group attention as requested. The sessions will be open-ended and delivered in Telebehavioral format.
