Self-worth + relationships focused group for women

Relationships and self-worth tend to be intimately tied together - when we struggle with feelings of inadequacy and/or too much-ness, we may also struggle with cultivating the types of relationships with friends, partners, and colleagues that we want. This group is an on-going process group for women who want to work through relational challenges (such as boundaries, communicating needs, etc) in order to create meaningful relationships while working through feelings of chronic low worth. We meet every Tuesday at 6pm via Zoom. I do not take insurance but happy to offer super bill.
