8-week group to develop self-hypnosis skills to manage chronic pain, improve sleep, and experience a better quality of life. Developed by Dr. Mark Jensen, a pain researcher and clinician with hypnosis expertise, this group is designed to provide a supportive environment with others who get what it's like to have chronic pain and want to add a powerful tool to their tool bag.

If you want better quality sleep and more of it, CBT-i (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia) is the gold standard, first-line treatment. If you want to be less reliant on sleep medications, or if they aren't working consistently, this is a more natural way. Going through CBT-i in a group setting with others who truly understand what it's like to have chronic insomnia, is validating, reduces isolation, and increases accountability.
