Self-esteem & Processing Group - Fall 2025

Please reach out if you are interested in participating in this virtual group. Time and day TBD but hoping to start the group in fall 2025. Schedule will be created when there is enough interest. Mostly likely early evenings for 1.5 hours on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Initial group will run for 8 weeks. Most insurance plans accepted and affordable private pay options as well. Open to adults in Iowa, Illinois, and Pennsylvania.
