Thursdays, June 1 – August 1 For teens struggling with self-esteem, emotions, or peer relationships. If your teen comes home in tears or has trouble making and keeping friends, this group can help. Using art therapy, drama therapy, and group discussion, teens will: Build confidence, Improve communication and social skills, Learn healthy coping strategies, Navigate social situations, Bounce back from setbacks. This is a skills-based group, not a replacement for individual therapy. Help your teen feel more prepared and self-assured for the school year. Support your teen’s emotional and social growth.
