Self-Esteem Group for Girls
Calling all Girls ages 11-14! Join us for an 8 week In-Person therapeutic group focused on Self-esteem, led by Jocelynn MacGregor, LICSW and Alyssa Johnson, LICSW. We will discuss challenges commonly impacting middle school girls in order to build confidence and resilience. Participants in this group will learns to navigate social stress, build positive body image, find unique strengths and talents, and learn self- care strategies and build self-compassion. Group begins Tuesday March 5th and ends Tuesday April 23th.

Teen DBT Group
Join Brittany Purtell, LCSW host a 6 week Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Group. DBT is a form of Cognitive Behavior Therapy designed to treat a broad range of complicated symptoms and concerns. Our DBT group was created to help individuals who struggle with regulating emotions. Group runs 6 consecutive Wednesdays beginning June 12th at 5:30pm.
