Self-Discovery in Recovery
How you feel about your life has everything to do with how you feel about yourself. Shame, self-doubt, and resentment about your past or your future will poison your relationships, inhibit your confidence to succeed, and foster maddening cycles of self-sabotage. "Eating, drinking, and overthinking" is one common shame spiral, but addictive habits may vary! This group will help you break free from self-destructive cycles of behavior, and the negative feelings about yourself that hold you back from loving yourself and your life. Our focus is on living with acceptance, trust, forgiveness, and love.
