Self-Control Bootcamp For Teens
This is an educational, interactive group which teaches how to recognize and control the big emotions teens face during these years. As teens grow into young adults, changes within the body with hormones can cause overwhelming feelings and this group teaches to recognize, process and manage in appropriate and healthy ways. Self-Control Boot Camp for Teens begins Tuesday August 27, 2024 at 5 pm-6 pm for 5 weeks at 65.00 per hour. This group is through LOL, Tools For Living, LLC at our Rockwall location.

"Dealing with Big Emotions"
This is an interactive and educational group suitable for grade school children which will teach how to feel, process, and deal with emotions in a fun learning environment with games, lessons, skits and art to enhance the understanding, recognizing, and appropriately managing complicated feelings. This group will run 5 weeks beginning Monday August 26, 2024 at 5pm-6pm. Each group session is 65.00 per hour.
