Seeking Safety

I also facilitate a women's Seeking Safety open group on Thursday evenings from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. This present-focused, skills-based group supports individuals navigating trauma and/or substance use concerns through the development of practical coping skills, grounding techniques, emotional regulation, and increased safety in daily life. The group also incorporates a parts-based perspective, helping participants understand protective coping strategies with greater compassion and curiosity while fostering internal connection and healing.
