See You Tuesday! Interpersonal Process Group

This is an ongoing, mixed gender psychotherapy group for clients who would like to learn more about themselves and improve their interpersonal relationships. This group will focus on learning how to recognize, regulate, and communicate what we are feeling, while intentionally moving towards connection and authenticity.
