Social Emotional Development Group
This group is designed to allow your child to explore their emotions in a relaxed, fun, and creative environment! Creative therapies are used to enhance your experience and provide a valuable skill set to expand upon. This social and Emotional Development Group will use art, music, and movement therapy to support your child’s social and emotional intelligence. Who: 3rd and 5th-grade children. Group size is designed to be small therefore space is limited! Date: TBD

Teen Group: Healthy Relationships
Does your Teen ever feel overwhelmed by circumstances, disappointed in relationships, lonely and angry, or not know how to navigate change? This Teen Group is designed to have them feel heard and understood by like-minded peers, get relief from isolation, and develop confidence and independence while being at peace with who they are. Teen Group is designed to address the emotional and complex components of being an Adolescent in a relaxed fun and creative environment. Art Therapy and Group Talk Therapy are used to enhance the experience and provide a valuable skill set to expand upon.
