Seattle Young Widows Support Group (In-person)
Young widowhood can be lonely and isolating. Once-close relationships don't seem to 'fit' anymore and no one seems to really understand what you are going through. If you are 55 and under, you've lost your partner within the last 18 months, and you would like to connect--in person--with others who 'get it,' I hope you'll consider joining The Young Widows Grief Support Group. Seattle Divorce Support Group (In-person)
The frequency and intensity divorce-related feelings can cause us to question our sanity. Not only are these feelings normal, they are helping us create the space that's needed for new connections to develop. It is in this space that group support can be most helpful. Our group is a safe, supportive place to explore the complex feelings associated with separation and/or divorce. Together, we will support one another through the challenges, celebrate one another's accomplishments and explore future hopes and dreams.
