Lesson 1: Parenting Complex Kids with a Coach Approach Lesson 2: Activate the Brain Lesson 3: Parenting Positively Lesson 4: Shifting Expectations Lesson 5: Using Systems & Structures Lesson 6: Putting your Oxygen Mask on First. Sanity School Includes: Parent Instruction and discussion delivered in classroom setting. 6 modules/6 in-person trainings 12 accountability emails 3 months of supportive access to a private, moderated forum Access twice-monthly live Q & A calls Workbook/journal with curriculum and interactive exercises
