Safe Space (Girls 13-18)

This new group therapy has been put together to discuss the challenges and problems faced by young adolescent girls today. The name of this group is the “Safe Space.” This name was chosen because we are catering to adolescent girls who would have a variety of things to address and talk about. The goal of this group is to teach and transform our adolescent girls into women who model the style and character of healthy womanhood, with mental health being the focus.
