Safe Harbor Group

This group is for adult female survivors of childhood sexual abuse. Most clients are also attending individual therapy and many have used EMDR, Ego State Therapy and Internal Family Systems to help them on their journey of healing but these are not requirements. Recommended reading includes: The Courage to Heal, by Ellen Bass and Laura Davis.
