Safe and Sound virtual group

In this weekly virtual group, participants will be able to listen to the Safe and Sound protocol at their own pace. The benefit of this is co-regulation. Our nervous systems respond to each other's, and listening to the SSP can activate in our systems. It's what we want. This group is a casual and safe way to practice the rise and fall in our systems, and progress through the SSP. For more information on the SSP go to www.whatisthessp.com.
