Sacred Restoration - Trauma Healing Support Group

Sacred Restoration is an intensive 4-week Somatic Experiencing® (SE™) trauma healing support group offering tools to heal traumatic and chronic stress at its roots. Through in-person and an online practice component, Alexandra will guide you toward unlocking your innate ability to heal from trauma through facilitating the repair of the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS), and synchronizing the heart-mind-body.
