Roots Renewal Counseling

Roots Renewal Counseling is a trauma-informed therapy group practice serving older teens, adults, and couples across Oregon and Missouri. We help people heal from trauma, anxiety, OCD, grief, depression, and relationship struggles using EMDR, somatic therapy, parts work, and evidence-based approaches.
