Come greet the sun in this morning workshop, you will begin your day by gently connecting with the feelings and sensations felt in the body. We will listen to your bodies needs and engage in mindful and authentic movement. Then we will transition to creative expression through art making, utilizing any materials available to you. The intention of this workshop is to awaken the body, to ground ourselves and engage creatively while practicing self-care and self-love. This virtual group will be live and interactive.

Art Therapy for Survivors of Sexual Trauma
The next group begins on Wednesday, March 20, 7-9pm and meets for six consecutive weeks. This group will integrate art-making, movement and mediation with talk-therapy. The group is a safe, therapeutic and nurturing space to deepen your healing process, while also feeling the connection and support of other survivors. With compassionate guidance the survivor group will encourage self-care, while offering clients creative tools to transform and heal trauma.
