Rooted & Restored Healing Circle

Rooted & Restored Healing Circle is a bi-weekly, virtual sanctuary created specifically for Black women navigating life transitions, family stressors, and burnout while living within systems shaped by racism and sexism. This circle offers a supportive, affirming space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself and community. Through guided reflection, culturally responsive healing practices, and collective wisdom, participants are supported in restoring balance, strengthening boundaries, and grounding themselves in resilience and self-honor.
