This adult-only program is for individuals with complex or developmental trauma, as well as those seeking deeper self-exploration. The team has developed specific program modalities to support intentional care including attachment-based resource development and trauma-focused interventions. These modules also cover techniques to manage emotional responses such as DBT, CBT, and experiential therapies. Participants will gain a clear understanding of how to navigate their change and healing processes by addressing root issues, allowing for new growth and transformation.

Skills will be developed through trauma-informed techniques and experiential methods like art, music, chair work and psychodrama.

Skills will be developed using DBT skills, DCBT techniques, and experiential methods such as art, music, chair work, and psychodrama.
