Licensure Exam - Managing Your Mind and the Exam
Many ASWs and MFTIs experience anxiety and frustration when studying for and taking their licensure exams, and sometimes this leads to difficulty passing the test. Every unpleasant experience with practice tests or the real thing compounds the anxiety and the time pressure. This structured, 12-week group combines CBT, test taking strategy, guided study, and discussion of content. However, this is not a content review or a licensure exam course. Group membership requires general familiarity with the exam material; access to online or printed review course materials is helpful
