RO DBT Skills Classes
RO DBT is an evidenced-based approach to treat emotional over control We teach skills to understand our neuroregulatory system, and how this affects our relationships and contributes to feelings of loneliness. We also teach skills to reduce rigid and rule-governed behavior. Our focus is on helping you learn to be who you want to be and building a life worth sharing. Clarity is offering classes and a comprehensive RO-DBT program at all locations. Adult 16-Week DBT Skills Group(s)
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Group at Clarity Counseling provides clients with practical, concrete coping skills in the areas of mindfulness, relationships & communication, regulating emotions and dealing with stress. These groups run for 16-weeks and spends 4 weeks per module of DBT. All members are required to have a primary therapist to expand on learned skills and updates will be provided weekly for collaboration of care. Each group starts a new cohort every 17 weeks and is currently enrolling new members for the next cohort. The group facilitators are DBT certified and supervised by a Behavioral Tech Certified provider.

Teen DBT Skills Group(s)
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is an evidenced-based treatment that teaches coping skills to help manage emotions and stress through positive behavioral change. Clarity will spend 6 weeks on each of the 4 modules of DBT. Group members will learn skills to be mindful and present, improve communication, manage emotions and tolerate stress. Group members are required to work with a primary therapist in addition to group therapy and meet with the group facilitator once prior to the start of the group for a short group introduction. The group meets on Mondays and Thursdays at 7-8:30pm.
