Return to Self: Rooted and Rising is a trauma-informed group for adult women healing from complex developmental or attachment wounds. This space supports participants in reconnecting with their authentic identity, building a sense of internal safety, and developing more secure ways of relating to themselves and others. Through guided reflection, nervous system awareness, and relational support, clients move from survival patterns toward a more grounded, empowered sense of self.
