Restoring Sense of Self

A Support Group for After Adverse Religious Experiences. In this virtual group, we will learn more about how adverse religious experiences impact various areas of life, work towards embracing authenticity, and develop tools for grounding and confidence. People who have experienced any adverse reactions or encounters due to religion may have difficulties with personal agency, freedom of expression, and authentic identities. The goal for this group is to provide a safe space for individuals to process the impact religion has had on any and all aspects of life that could be an intrusion for daily activities. Free to join.

Mindful Release: Navigating Anger with Presence
Navigating Anger with Presence is a weekly skills- based group designed for those who want to transform their relationship with anger through the power of the body and mind. Instead of just talking about frustration, we focus on the physiological "reset button" using proven meditation, mindfulness, and breathwork techniques. This group provides a structured, clinician-led community where you will learn to catch the physical "spark" of anger before it becomes a flame. Participants will develop a personal toolkit of calming practices to move from impulsive reactions to mindful, intentional responses in their daily lives. Free to join!
