Restart Group

RESTART is an empowering combination of mental and physical wellness. It is part stress reduction, part nutritional therapy education, part sugar and processed food detox and a support group. The benefits participants experience are increased energy, more restful sleep, clarity and focus, decreased anxiety, boosted immune system, clothes it better, self awareness, reduction in stress, relaxation techniques to name a few.
