This group is designed to help women that are divorced, divorcing or struggling in marriage. The emotional toll a failed/failing marriage can have on your mental health is unmatched. Our objective is to assist each group member in getting on the path to regain her self-awareness, focus on her desired goals, work to heal, rediscover her voice, be encouraged and accept the truth of her journey. Our approach is more psychoeducational but certainly is therapeutic in nature. All sessions are virtual and group members are required and expected to hold the group in the strictest of confidence at all times.
