Resilient IOP
This DBT-informed and trauma-informed group program is designed for adult patients who struggle with emotional dysregulation and want to improve their emotional management skills. The primary goal is to enhance stability and life satisfaction. Participants will learn to manage emotions, align with their values, and build self-worth through a growth-focused framework. Skills will be developed using DBT skills, DCBT techniques, and experiential methods such as art, music, chair work, and psychodrama.

This approach is ideal for adult patients who have been identified as suitable candidates for EMDR or trauma-focused interventions. The program focuses on building emotional regulation skills and strengthening internal resources, utilizing clinicians trained in Schema Therapy, EMDR and other trauma treatment methods. Skills will be developed through trauma-informed techniques and experiential methods like art, music, chair work and psychodrama.

This adult-only program is for individuals with complex or developmental trauma, as well as those seeking deeper self-exploration. The team has developed specific program modalities to support intentional care including attachment-based resource development and trauma-focused interventions. These modules also cover techniques to manage emotional responses such as DBT, CBT, and experiential therapies. Participants will gain a clear understanding of how to navigate their change and healing processes by addressing root issues, allowing for new growth and transformation.
