Resilience group: In this group, youth, ages 11-17, will increase skills in coping, communication, conflict resolution, goal setting, self-esteem, social support and emotional regulation. S.N.A.P. (Stop Now and Plan)
SNAP, which stands for "Stop Now and Plan," is a FREE evidence-based, cognitive-behavioral 13-week model for children aged 6-11 and their families. Designed by Child Development Institute, SNAP helps children learn how to effectively manage their emotions and "keep problems small," through communication, problem-solving, and behavior management.
