If you've been diagnosed with multiple disorders, struggle with relationships, struggle to cope despite best efforts, and feel like something is missing or hasn't completely encompassed what you've experienced and still endure, this group is for you. Learn what Complex-PTSD is and how it manifests in each person. Learn regulation, coping, and self-soothing skills. Connect with others enduring complex/relational trauma and seeking support. Understand your inner system better. Become the person you always needed. Open to residents of NV and VA virtually (link will be sent). Closed 12 week group. Begins 9/16/26.
