Religious Trauma Recovery

Group is currently paused: This group exists to assist individuals to separate their oppressive religious experiences from their identity and personhood. Group therapy is offered 6 weeks at a time to a closed group of individuals seeking understanding for themselves and from others. The greatest outcome of this group I've witnessed over and over again is this: Members feel utterly alone in their experience and then find powerful relief when they share and hear someone else say, for the first time, "me too".
