Whether you are discussing a family member, romantic partner or friend, this space is here to support you on your healing journey and to remind you that you are not alone. Coping mechanisms and resources shared help members begin to heal from the effects of toxic behaviors and patterns. We will identify toxic traits and begin exploring breaking trauma bonds and setting boundaries. We will support one another with empathy and respect.
