Relationship with the Self

This group will focus on Tools that develop Skills to create awareness of Self leading to the Action of Chage, (Personal Power driven by your Will). We learn the agency of emotional regulation by identifying our true coping skills. Th goal is to achieve the Mirro Effect by challenging the blockers to self-awareness.
