Relationship Trauma Group

The group is for adult women who are interested in receiving support if struggling with the end of a traumatic relationship or are currently in a relationship that is causing emotional distress. During this group we will discuss attachments, healthy boundary setting, self-care and more. Throughout this process you will gain emotional support, clarity and healing. This is a virtual group.
