Relationship Skills Group
This group is intended for individuals who tend to experience instability in interpersonal relationships. Topics to be discussed and explored include: fear of abandonment, self-image issues, codependency, emotional instability as a result of relationship status, communication strategies, etc. A closed group of approximately 7-10 individuals is desired. Duration of group to be determined.

Anxiety Management Group
This group will focus on helping people to cope better with anxiety. Individuals who have been diagnosed with Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder are all welcome, as are those who are struggling to manage daily anxiety and stress more effectively. The group will be supportive and psycho-educational in nature, and methods of coping with anxiety more effectively will be emphasized.
