The Relationship Recovery Process (RRP), developed by Amanda Curtin, LICSW and popularized by Patrick Teahan, is a trauma-informed approach that supports healing from childhood experiences. Just as trauma and relational wounds happen in relationships, healing also occurs in connection with others. RRP therapy groups offer a safe, supportive space to share experiences, reduce isolation, and practice new relational skills, fostering deeper connection, emotional healing, and more fulfilling relationships.
