Relationship Patterns is held on Wednesdays and Relationship Processes is held on Fridays. The Wednesday group is for those who may not have a background in psychotherapy and are looking for an introductory focus on relationships.

High School Girls
This is a group for high school-aged girls to learn about healthy coping skills and also practice those skills. Broadly, the domains of coping will include: physical, emotional, spiritual, cognitive and social. In this setting, the group members will be able to learn from and receive support from their peers.
Age
Young Adult Co-Ed
This group is for young adults 18-25 years old who are looking to 1) increase their self-confidence and independence 2) learn more about healthy relationships and 3) learn more healthy coping skills and techniques. This group is unique in that members can learn from each other as well as learning about their social patterns. Group members can learn about how to be more open in their important relationships for increased relationship satisfaction.
