Relationship Anger (including Domestic Violence)

These groups focus on the anger you feel in relationships. With educational and group process, as well as the support of others in similar relationships, you learn to reduce your reactivity to partners and others. These groups are separate for men and women. Self-referred, "partner-referred" or court-referred are appropriate for these groups. An individual meeting is required prior to attending this group. Most individuals attend one meeting a week. Men's groups are either Monday, Tuesday or Thursday at 6 pm, or Saturday at 9 am. Women's groups are Monday at 2 pm or 6 pm.
