Relational Resilience: Attachment Group for Women

Relational Resilience is an 8-week, 90-minute closed, trauma-informed process group for high-functioning women who feel stuck in repeating attachment patterns. Participants are often capable and responsible in many areas of life professionally, at home, or in care-giving roles yet struggle with emotional reactivity, insecurity, or recurring conflict in close relationships. Through guided discussion, attachment education, and structured reflection, members learn to regulate triggers, strengthen boundaries, interrupt destructive cycles, and build secure relational patterns.
