Relational Group Intensive
Mixed gender group where members focus on relationship issues, shame reduction, and healing of dysfunctional patters. Active process work to achieve corrective experiences is used. Psychodrama, Gestalt processes, and other process work are part of the interventions. There are 3 mixed Relationship Groups on Tues. and Wed, each 3 hours each, every other week. Members are placed in the group where they would receive both the support AND challenge required for deep growth .Emotional triggers, from fears of intimacy, engulfment and self sabotage are a central theme within the group, which enables participants to respond in a healthy way , to both internal and external activation.

The Mixed Gender Group focus on relationship issues, shame reduction, and healing of dysfunctional patters. Active process work to achieve corrective experiences is used. Psychodrama and Gestalt process are part of the interventions. The Mens Group is comprised of men who work on all types of addiction issues and are willing to go deep emotionally to achieve healthy sobriety and relationship patters. Both groups meet for 3 hours every other week and are far deeper than a support group as clients work through their sadness, pain, anxiety and shame.

This group consists on men who are deeply committed to working on shame, self sabotage, various addictions, and use the group to experience healthy emotional attachments. Corrective experiences, designed by me, assists each man to WORK THROUGH pain and trauma and learn how to cultivate intimate relationships.
