Relapse Prevention Group

The Relapse Prevention (RP) Group is an ongoing, coed weekly group for individuals at any stage of recovery from mental health or substance use challenges. Participants may join at any time, and the group structure is flexible to address the current needs of its members. The group is led by a licensed counselor (LPCC/ADDC), with nearly a decade of experience in treating substance use disorders. Admission: All prospective members must be approved first, complete ALL required paperwork, and payment made before attending. Women's Grief & Support Group
Losing someone you love can feel overwhelming and isolating. Our Women’s Grief Group provides a safe, compassionate space for women to connect, share, and be understood by others experiencing similar loss. Guided by a trained therapist, members explore emotions, share experiences, and learn practical coping strategies. Evidence-based tools, including CBT and DBT, help reframe difficult thoughts, manage intense feelings, and build resilience. This supportive environment allows participants to feel heard, validated, and less alone, while gaining connection, hope, and guidance on navigating life after loss. Prior approval and payment must be completed before admission into groups.

Process Group
This Women’s Process Group offers a safe, supportive space for women to explore shared challenges and interpersonal dynamics. Led by a trained therapist, the group meets weekly for two hours with 5–12 participants. Sessions focus on skill-building, coping strategies, and real-life applications, using evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, and DBT. This is an ongoing group.
