Adult women looking for support in unpacking hurts and stress. Participants will develop strength in knowing their identity can be reshaped through releasing worry and shame. Making time for sharing their journey with others and being encouraged to ask deep questions of self, God and others brings renewed hope-seeing that beauty can arise from the ashes!

Balanced Parenting
Parents of children and teens supporting one another in a safe environment facilitated by an experienced group facilitators who are also parents themselves. This is an effective program for those seeking to incorporate their Christian faith, willing to use love and logic parenting and talk through how their own journey mirrors that of son/daughter of God in growing in grace. We will meet biweekly and have some reading to process in between groups Thursdays or Fridays every other week!

Teen Peacemakers Group
Working with teens for over 20 yrs, I have seen a pattern of needing purpose and connecting deeper with others. I developed a curriculum in 2017 and used it for 4 years with one group of teens who started thriving. Learning peace-making skills is key. We do it in an engaging format using multiple tools of games, art, drama and avid conversational prompts. Teens open up, set goals and encourage one another in a space that feels like their own as they find peace with others, God and themselves. Group will meet every other week for 8 sessions.
