Coming in the fall of 2018! Redeemed from Alcohol is an 8 week course teaching scientific Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques for coping with cravings and urges. Also participants will learn the effects of alcohol on the brain, as well as how childhood experiences contribute to alcohol missues. This class will teach biblical principles including self-control and addiction. Clients will have daily CBT worksheets as well as daily journal topics which are inspired by the Bible.
